Cross Country Team
Cross-country at FMT is a great place to start your athletic career! We do not make any cuts for this team, anyone who wants to come out is welcome. Cross country is a great way to make new friends, be a part of a team, increase your daily physical activity, and train for your other athletic activities. Many students are on the cross-country team in addition to the other sports teams they are involved with. We practice three times a week, but if you are involved with another sport/club, all we ask is that you come out when you can make it. Our season is short, but mighty! We have two races during the season. For our practices, we run many different trails and paths in and around the community. Previous team members have won in their individual categories and as a team.
